Entering Your Home

I Got You.

There is no need to host, perform, or prepare.

I arrive bringing everything I need to support your family during my time with you. More importantly, I enter your space with a peaceful, grounded presence, moving gently, respectfully, and attuned to the rhythm of your home. I do have a baby weight scale.

My intention is to create calm, steady support, allowing your home to remain a place of rest and becoming.

How I Work / What to Expect

Calm, Steady, Fully Prepared

I arrive on time, fully prepared, bringing everything I need to support your family during our time together. I enter your home with a peaceful, grounded presence, creating calm and steady support so your home can remain a place of rest and becoming. Handling whatever that day has delivered you.

Beyond the Early Months

Long-Term Support for Your Family

My care extends beyond newborn days—holiday travel, relocation, international travel, ongoing family transitions and nanny care. I often become a trusted presence and role model, supporting the core values of your home as children grow.

Honoring the Natural Rhythms of Parenthood

Like the moon, parenthood moves in cycles—new, waxing, full, and resting. My work honors these rhythms, without urgency or judgment, supporting families through each phase with care, steadiness, and respect.

A Note on Scope & Support

Moon Goddess Mama provides non-clinical, educational, and emotional support rooted in peer-reviewed research, lived experience, and two decades of family care. While I bring extensive knowledge in newborn care, postpartum adjustment, and family systems, my services do not replace medical, mental health, or licensed therapeutic care. Though this is a non-clinical role, families often describe my presence as therapeutic—a blend of best-friend warmth, sisterly honesty, and grounded reassurance during the first three months of new life and beyond.

When needs extend beyond my scope, I believe in collaborative care. I actively support families in connecting with trusted, licensed professionals and local resources in the Philadelphia area and beyond—always with respect for each family’s values, consent, and safety.

In moments of urgency or medical concern, families are encouraged to seek immediate medical attention or emergency services.

My role is to sit beside you—offering steadiness, education, and compassionate presence—so you feel informed, supported, and never alone as you navigate this profound transition. I do not replace anyone in the family, but encourage you all the way for your desired outcome.

Evidence-informed care, held with heart and presence.
