How I offer cARE

Postpartum support looks different in the daylight than it does in the deep hours of the night.

Daytime Postpartum Care Nurturing support while the world is awake

Hours: typically between 10am–6pm

Minimum: [4 hours]

Daytime care is focused on supporting you and the whole while you recover and bond.

This may include:

  • Emotional support and gentle check-ins

  • Newborn and infant care

  • Feeding support and education

  • Light household help (laundry, dishes, tidying)

  • Simple nourishment for the mother

  • Support for families with twins or multiples

  • Holding space so you can shower, rest, or breathe

Rate: $75 / hour

Daytime care is ideal if you want guidance, reassurance, and hands-on help woven into your day.

Overnight Postpartum Care Quiet, steady presence through the DARK hours

Hours: typically 9pm–7am (or similar)

Minimum: [commonly 10 hours]

Overnight care is focused on sleep support and infant ideals, best for mental health

This may include:

  • A counseling session upon arrival, addressing questions and concerns and creating a Sleep plan

  • Feeding support (bottle, bringing baby for breastfeeding, pump cleanup)

  • Diapering, soothing, and settling

  • Light reset of baby areas

  • Keeping the night calm, dim, and unhurried

  • Baby Laundry

Rate: $65 / night M-F, $75 night Saturday, Sunday

New Moon Package

Daytime support for early weeks

  • 100 daytime hours

  • Flexible scheduling or exact dates

  • Email/text support between visits

Full Moon Package

Overnight care may be used from month 1 to month 3

  • 30 overnight shifts

  • Priority scheduling

  • Ideal for newborn and multiples

    Investment: $18,000 Discount $1,500

Eclipse Package

Day + night support 2 nights, 2 days for 12 weeks

  • Combination of daytime hours and overnight shifts

  • Designed for families wanting full-spectrum care

    Flexible or re-occurring weekly schedule

    Investment: $20,000 Discount over $2,000

Crescent Moon Package

Designed for mothers healing from a cesarean birth who need consistent, overnight support in the earliest days postpartum.

  • Overnight care for the first consecutive 14 nights required for minimal movement and maximum healing

    Overnight care only. No daytime visits included.

    Investment: $9,100 Discount $400

    Limited availability due to continuous overnight care.

    Retainer & Booking Pre-Labor

    A $5,200 retainer is due at the signing of your service agreement. This secures your place in my care and includes your initial 80 hours at the base rate of $65 per hour.
