Someone You Can Trust in Your Home

Inviting someone into your home during the postpartum period requires an extraordinary level of trust.

I enter each family’s space with respect, warmth, discretion, and an understanding that every household has its own rhythms, values, traditions, and needs.

I quietly notice what others may miss. I listen without judgment, remain attentive to changing needs, and understand how deeply sleep deprivation can affect a parent, a relationship, and the atmosphere of the entire household.

Some nights call for peaceful silence. Others call for reassurance, conversation, laughter, or someone who can simply sit beside you and understand.

Calm is not something I expect from new parents. It is something I quietly bring into their home.

More Than 20 Years of Family Care

My work with babies and families began more than two decades ago and has continued through years of hands-on newborn care, long-term family support, postpartum education, lactation training, and advanced doula training.

Throughout my career, I have supported families with newborns, siblings, twins, feeding challenges, cesarean recovery, postpartum anxiety, sleep deprivation, household transitions, and extended-care needs.

This experience has taught me that caring for a newborn is only one part of postpartum support.

The recovering parent needs care. Partners need guidance and rest. Siblings may need reassurance. Feeding plans may need adjustment. Household routines may need to be gently reorganized.

My role is not to take over. It is to help your family find a rhythm that feels peaceful, sustainable, and uniquely your own.

Prevention. Presence. Peace of Mind.

These three principles guide every aspect of my care.

Prevention

Thoughtful postpartum planning can reduce unnecessary exhaustion, confusion, and overwhelm.

I help families prepare for the realities of newborn care, establish manageable routines, organize feeding and recovery supplies, protect opportunities for rest, and recognize when additional professional support may be helpful.

Presence

Postpartum families do not always need more advice. Sometimes, they need a calm and capable person who will remain present through the uncertainty.

I offer attentive, nonjudgmental support during the hours when parents often feel most vulnerable.

Peace of Mind

Rest becomes possible when you trust the person caring for your baby.

My goal is for parents to close their eyes knowing their newborn is receiving thoughtful, responsive care—and that they will be gently supported when it is time to feed, pump, ask a question, or begin again the next morning.

The Moon Goddess Mama Experience

The Moon Goddess Mama experience is personal, peaceful, and carefully tailored to each family.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to postpartum care.

Some families need consistent overnight support. Some need guidance with breastfeeding, pumping, or paced bottle-feeding. Some are recovering from cesarean birth, welcoming multiples, transitioning home from the NICU, or navigating postpartum anxiety.

Others simply need someone experienced beside them who understands how demanding the early weeks can be.

My care may include:

  • Overnight newborn care

  • Daytime postpartum support

  • Breastfeeding and pumping support

  • Paced bottle-feeding education

  • Cesarean recovery support

  • Twins and multiples care

  • Emotional reassurance and active listening

  • Newborn-care education

  • Nourishment and light postpartum household support

  • Support creating sustainable family routines

  • Referrals to appropriate medical, lactation, mental-health, or developmental professionals when needed

My care is evidence-informed, non-medical, and centered on strengthening parental confidence.

I respect your choices, your culture, your privacy, and the vision you have for your family.

Beyond My Work

Outside of my professional work, I am creative, active, adventurous, and deeply connected to movement, nature, music, and personal growth.

I believe warmth and professionalism can exist together. My personality allows me to bring both grounded wisdom and genuine joy into the homes I support.

Families often remember not only what I did for them, but how my presence made their home feel: calmer, lighter, more organized, and less alone.

A Private and Respectful Standard of Care

Postpartum is an intimate season.

Your family’s health, home, relationships, feeding choices, routines, and personal experiences are treated with care and discretion.

I am comfortable working with families who require an elevated level of privacy, including confidentiality agreements when appropriate.

Trust is not assumed. It is earned through consistency, communication, respect, and dependable care.

You Do Not Have to Navigate Postpartum Alone

Whether you are preparing for your baby’s arrival or realizing that you need more support than expected, thoughtful postpartum care can change the way your family experiences these early weeks.

Due dates, extended-care arrangements, and overnight schedules are often reserved in advance.

Let us create a postpartum plan that protects your recovery, supports your baby, and gives your family room to rest.

WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE MOON GODDESS MAMA

Families invite me into one of the most personal seasons of their lives because they are looking for more than newborn care.

They are looking for someone they can trust.

Someone who quietly notices what others miss.

Someone who understands that sleep deprivation affects every part of postpartum—from healing and feeding to confidence, relationships, and emotional well-being.

My approach is calm, observant, and individualized.

Rather than following the same routine with every family, I adapt to your needs each day, helping you recover, rest, and grow into parenthood with confidence.

Whether I am preparing a nourishing meal, caring for your newborn through the night, supporting breastfeeding, listening without judgment, or simply creating space for you to sleep, every decision is guided by one purpose:

To help your family feel safe, supported, and stronger than yesterday.
