PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT
My DONA-approved postpartum doula training and ongoing professional study have included trauma-informed care, postpartum anxiety, perinatal mental health, safer sleep, grief and loss, infant crying and calming, multiples, lactation support, and family transition.
Families do not need to arrive calm, rested or fully prepared. My role is to bring a steady, knowledgeable presence into the home, protect opportunities for recovery and rest, and help parents build confidence without judgment.
My care remains evidence-informed, non-clinical and individualized. When a family’s needs extend beyond my scope, I communicate clearly and help connect them with the appropriate medical, lactation, mental-health or developmental professional.
READY TO PLAN YOUR CARE?
Professional qualifications matter, but so does how it feels to welcome someone into your home. If you are preparing for your baby’s arrival—or your baby is already here—I would be honored to learn what support would help your family feel safer, steadier, and more rested.
